Eligibility of Tenderer

 

All certificates must be attested by the 1st class gazetted officer.

 

 

:

a.

The Minimum period of general experiance of the tenderer in the Sub-Soil investigation work shall be at least 10 years.

b.

Who have average annual Turnover of Tk.92.00 Lac for the  last 5 years for the same nature of work.

c.

Who have minimum amount of liquid assets of Tk.6.90 Lac.

d.

Up to date Trade licence,VAT registration & I.T. Certificates.

e.

Satiesfying the other criteria laid down in the tender schedule.

f.

The provisions laid down in the PPA 2006 & the public procurement regulations 2008 shall be strictly compliance.
